Bar La Chaloupe sur Groix

I come here every year and used to consider this my go-to crêperie. However, the galette wasn't as crispy anymore, and the service lacked a bit of warmth and a smile. Ultimately, my 3-star rating reflects the prices more than the quality of the food.

Judging by the replies to the comments, we were "not very nice" customers. Luckily, the cook didn't take that into account, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

A very good little crêperie, go there, you won't be disappointed

We came as a group of four on August 15th, and we know this place well, having been there several times. We had four savory and four sweet galettes, all wonderfully delicious. Don't hesitate for a second; they're the best galettes we've had in a long time. Stéphanie

We arrived almost at the end of service without a reservation, and luckily we managed to get a table to enjoy these delicious crepes! The waitress had warned us it might take a little while, but in the end it was perfectly fine. Delicious, generous crepes, a great atmosphere—in short, it was excellent! 👌 We'll remember to book next time.

Strange welcome. While I was locking up my bike, my husband went to inquire at noon about whether there was space for lunch. He was told no, not before 1 p.m. A minute later, I went back alone and asked if we needed to make a reservation or if we could eat right away. It turned out we could eat right away!!! Then, after we finished our savory meal, we took the menu to see what we wanted next. We were told that ordering the menu wouldn't make it any faster. But we didn't say anything, ma'am! We weren't in a hurry! Besides, we were kindly helping by stacking the plates to clear the table. In short, the service was anything but customer-oriented! My husband left before dessert because of this lack of friendliness/respect. On the other hand, the crêpes and galettes were delicious.

Excellent crepes! If you follow basic rules of politeness, everything will be fine ;) no hypocrisy here. A note to dog owners: please call ahead so the team can make arrangements.
