Bar Nansouty sur Bordeaux

A fan of Luis (the former boss), it was difficult to enjoy going back there. The tables are super tight, the prices have skyrocketed, closing on Sundays and throughout the month of August after two months of opening... the intention is to make money and not to keep the neighborhood alive as before... equivalent of a Parisian brasserie... in Bordeaux... there is no more soul but it does the job because the terrace is pleasant (when there are not the barnums...)

The place to be on Place Nansouty! Adorable staff, impeccable service, top boss! And mmmhhh delicious food!!! Between friends, family, kids and dogs friendly! In short, we love it! ♥️♥️♥️

I love bistros! First time at Nansouty and I was surprised by the impeccable service. A lovely welcome! I ask for a coke… I have ice and lemon… perfect! Salt, pepper, sauce, bread, two knives without asking for anything, it's rare! Mimosa eggs… homemade mayonnaise… perfect and Bavette… delicious! What more? Simple and efficient. Small downside on the decor! Warm it all up for me ☺️🥰

Authentic bistro atmosphere, a refined menu with simple, well-made dishes. Friendly and smiling staff. We highly recommend!

Decision to close on Sunday morning.... Not "profitable" enough compared to other days when the terrace is always full, this can be explained on the business side... But we must no longer present ourselves as a place of life for the neighborhood ! The page "at Luis" is definitely turned....

The service is top notch, very friendly, the terrace is pleasant because it's not noisy during the day, the dishes are good, I recommend!! 😊
