25/05/2026: An exceptional restaurant with a truly extraordinary bouillabaisse! Lots of delicious fish on our plate! The waitstaff is very efficient and kept asking if we wanted hot broth! The rouille was to die for! In short, a great place for bouillabaisse!

17/05/2026: As a native of Marseille, I took some friends yesterday to discover one of the best bouillabaisse restaurants in Marseille at my favorite spot. What a disappointment! Everything has gone downhill since my last visit. The service was mediocre, the red rouille was tasteless, the fish soup was watery, and as for the fish, there were mussels, small crabs, and a few fillets that didn't exactly wow me. 😟 Around 4 pm, we were told we had to leave so they could prepare for the evening service. On top of that, it's expensive for what it's become. It's sad what has become of this once-great restaurant.
