Hotel well located for visiting the region. However, the proximity of the highway does not allow you to leave the window open. Friendly staff both at reception and in the drinks/catering area, only downside: the cleanliness of the shoe soles of the young girl serving breakfast on Thursday March 21, 2024.

A short stay this time but still just as pleasant. Thank you for the upgrade to an Executive room!

Also stayed during the outward journey to Spain, and booked the return journey again, good hotel with large room and good bed. Cozy entrance, bar and restaurant. During this trip it was also difficult to get a cocktail of the day. We thought the menu was not attractive enough and quite pricey, so we opted for tapas, which were delicious. The beer had also become a bit more pricey. But we will probably sleep here again next year. Nice parking space. Friendly staff. Breakfast good and tasty, missed the salmon, but tasty sausages and fried egg with bacon.

On every trip we stop at the Novotel in Clermont Ferrand and we are never disappointed. From the friendly welcome upon our arrival (thank you Simon) to the much appreciated upgrade and excellent service in the restaurant (special mention to GIA HUY and DEYSE) we are delighted with the services of this Novotel. (The plus: we take advantage of the super charger Tesla made available to us)

This is a very nice hotel with spacious and modern rooms. The service is excellent. Overall, very good value for money.

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous tournons dans des hôtels du groupe Accor pour des ateliers d’hypnose. De l’extérieur celui-ci ne paît pas de mine, mais détrompez vous l’intérieur est surprenant et c’est l’un de ceux où nous avons le plus de plaisir à nous rendre. Que ce soit pour l’ancienne ou la nouvelle déco, il a toujours eu un charme particulier avec un hall spacieux et original qui a beaucoup de cachet. Il est facile d’accès. Les chambres et les salons mis à notre disposition sont agréables et très soignés. L’ambiance est particulièrement zen et conviviale grâce à un personnel composé de jeunes et « d’anciens » discrets, efficaces et très aimables . Cerise sur le gâteau, le nouveau chef du restaurant et particulièrement doué. La présentation est soignée et surtout, le goût et la qualité sont présents dans l’assiette. Il y a des hôtels en France qui remontent le niveau et donnent une bonne image de l’hôtellerie en France. Celui-ci en fait parti. Bonne continuation à toutes les équipes !
