15/03/2026: Probably a new baker for the past few months, who does a really good job. The traditional methods are truly top-notch (and there's some competition in the neighborhood). The saleswomen are very friendly! It's so nice to see shopkeepers who genuinely smile!

10/03/2026: Excellent bakery located in the heart of Paris's 9th arrondissement, in a vibrant neighborhood! The lady who serves is incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive to customers with excellent interpersonal skills (I speak from experience)! Don't hesitate to go; you won't be disappointed!
