You have to know this place in a street perpendicular to the famous Rue de la Gaîté. Excellent Indian restaurant with a copious menu at 25€ (starter/main course/dessert) add 2 cheesenans and a pitcher of wine and you are around 40€. I will go back

The Bassanti restaurant at Gaité Montparnasse. The restaurant is located at Impasse de la Gaité and right next to the Théâtre de la Gaité. Lots of dishes, Indian specialties from South India. Absolutely fair prices. A good cozy atmosphere. A good place to eat before going to the theater.

20/01/2025: Located in a bustling area of ​​the capital, “Sahil” restaurant is open all day. It offers a wide variety of dishes. So, on this autumnal day, there is nothing better than starting your lunch with a delicious Tchaï, which smells of Indian spices 🤩! For main course, I opted for the “Nehari” (simmered lamb in sauce) which is the restaurant’s specialty. It is eaten with Basmati rice or Parathas (Indian breads) The quality/price ratio is very interesting!

01/12/2024: Stopped here for dinner with family. Order two dishes which were delicious and generously portioned.. They even have a free cheese naan for my daughter!
14/11/2024: Top notch and very attentive staff. Butter chicken and chicken tendouri very good with lots of flavors.
