You have to know this place in a street perpendicular to the famous Rue de la Gaîté. Excellent Indian restaurant with a copious menu at 25€ (starter/main course/dessert) add 2 cheesenans and a pitcher of wine and you are around 40€. I will go back

The Bassanti restaurant at Gaité Montparnasse. The restaurant is located at Impasse de la Gaité and right next to the Théâtre de la Gaité. Lots of dishes, Indian specialties from South India. Absolutely fair prices. A good cozy atmosphere. A good place to eat before going to the theater.

27/12/2025: A very pleasant atmosphere, top-notch service, a warm welcome, and delicious, indulgent food, especially the butter chicken. Speaking of the restaurant owners, Shahid was very friendly, as was everyone else. I highly recommend it! 😆
27/12/2025: The welcome was truly exceptional, with friendly and very helpful staff. They gave excellent advice, even for our 3-year-old daughter. The quality of the food was really top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.
