In a bar-tabac setting, I've never tasted such good pizzas. A pizza chef who knows his trade. The dough, made with whole-wheat flour and baked in a wood-fired oven, is exceptional. The toppings are also of high quality and are not lacking. Finally, his wife in the dining room is up to the task.
This is a duo who doesn't shy away from hard work and who absolutely must be put to work.
