18/07/2026: I'm absolutely not vegan, and I literally LOVED this café! I tried the matcha of the month and a dark chocolate fleur de sel cookie, and it was just excellent!! I'll be back!!

16/07/2026: After several visits, this is definitely a place worth the detour. While the cookies were my absolute favorite, they were recently dethroned by the caramel and peanut brownie with a touch of lavender and fleur de sel—exquisite! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is equally so. There's even a small grocery section where you can discover new vegan brands.

09/06/2026: We celebrated our wedding at Le Pistou and we were delighted. All our guests complimented us on our choice of venue; we received a wonderful welcome, and the food was excellent! I highly recommend Le Pistou for a fantastic time.

Chef Yvan prepared delicious, generous dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients. It was delightful! Beautifully presented dishes. A feast for the eyes and the palate. Impeccable service. 16/07/2026: Was visiting Paris and my hotel was nearby, and I was craving some good pizza. This came up as a recommendation, and it was goooood pizza! I also had their Panna cotta and it was delicious and refreshing!

21/07/2026: WOW. Run don’t walk. They opened at noon on our last day in Bordeaux and we stopped by on the way out of town. By 12:30 there was a line out the door. WORTH THE WAIT! We bought six different flavors. So delicious, great ingredients and flavor combos, crispy and light, not dense. I’m gluten free and because they ferment their dough for so long I had no issues and didn’t feel full after two pieces. No seating, just grab and go, perfect for a picnic. To the owners and chefs: thank you for this delicious food and for being so kind to us!
