Regarding the restaurant: Superb! It was flawless from start to finish, including the enormous cheese platter. I have rarely eaten so well. Congratulations!

We received a very warm welcome even though the hotel was closed. We were soaked in the rain! The owner turned on the heater to dry our clothes. Excellent value for money. The evening meal was excellent, featuring meat raised by the owner. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. I highly recommend it.

A memorable meal at Beauséjour! Meltingly tender Gras du Mézenc beef, quality farm products, and a breathtaking view of the Ardèche. Top-notch service. Nicolas, put bells on your cows!

Today, we had a truly delightful time from beginning to end at the MAISON VERNET restaurant in Le Beage 07. The atmosphere is warm and authentic; you immediately feel at ease. The waitresses are attentive, smiling, and very professional. The owner welcomes his customers with simplicity and friendliness, which gives the place a real soul. And a big congratulations to the chef and her team: excellent, generous dishes prepared with passion. An address I recommend without hesitation.
