Saturday night's meal at Maison Vernet was a truly wonderful surprise. Nicolas, the owner, is fantastic and very welcoming. The meal was superb: the meat was absolutely delicious and the cheese platter exceptional. Only fresh, local products were used, and the presentation of the dishes was beautiful. To top it all off, the view was magnificent. Highly recommended.

Our room was the last one available. We might have worried it would be the least pleasant. And we would have been wrong. It was spotless and very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast, both generous and delicious, only confirmed what we felt upon arrival. We were in a quality establishment in the heart of a magnificent landscape. We received a very warm welcome even though the hotel was closed. We were soaked in the rain! The owner turned on the heater to dry our clothes. Excellent value for money. The evening meal was excellent, featuring meat raised by the owner. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. I highly recommend it.

Today, we had a truly delightful time from beginning to end at the MAISON VERNET restaurant in Le Beage 07. The atmosphere is warm and authentic; you immediately feel at ease. The waitresses are attentive, smiling, and very professional. The owner welcomes his customers with simplicity and friendliness, which gives the place a real soul. And a big congratulations to the chef and her team: excellent, generous dishes prepared with passion. An address I recommend without hesitation.

A true taste of the region! Connoisseurs will understand, and others will discover it. With special attention to detail, Nicolas checks in the middle of the main course to make sure everything is alright.
