This time, there was yet another mix-up with the panini I ordered. If several of your employees are making mistakes or if there's a misunderstanding regarding the names of certain paninis, it might be wise to rename them or make the menu clearer to avoid this kind of situation.
As a loyal customer, it's disappointing to have to check or discover errors repeatedly. I hope you will take this feedback into account to improve your service, as I appreciate your establishment and would like to be able to continue ordering from you with confidence.

Excellent pizzeria! The pizzas are truly delicious, and the staff is welcoming and very professional. I almost exclusively order from them because the service is so efficient and fast. The wait time is always very short, which is rare these days.
The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous; you really get your money's worth without any unpleasant surprises. It's also a big plus that they serve Halal. The place is ideal for ordering with family or friends.
Note: it's primarily a takeaway establishment, although there are a few seats available for dining in.
