Benvengudo sur Les Baux-De-Provence

2nd time at Benvengudo, and we will definitely be back again.

Très beau cadre, personnel professionnel et sympathique, et le dessert au chocolat, une tuerie.

We had a wonderful dinner at Benvengudo. The food is excellent (we had lamb and veal), the outdoor setting is lovely and peaceful, and our server Tiffany was the best - friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. We will go back!

Very nice property, unfortunately, close to the street. Very neat garden, clean pool, and very good breakfast (unfortunately too much on the sweet side). We stayed there for two weeks in a suite and would have appreciated a friendlier welcome (we did not feel welcome when we checked in) and a more accommodating service (the usual answer was no, e.g a vase, espresso with two scoops of vanilla ice-cream instead of one (which we would have of course paid)) . The gentleman at the breakfast was very attentive and friendly, and the same goes for the cleaning staff.

Ci abbiamo cenato due sere di fila e se ci siamo tornati la seconda è perché si mangia molto bene in un locale delizioso immerso nel verde come l’hotel che lo accoglie. Chi serve ai tavoli dimostra una professionalità di altissimo livello accanto a doti naturali quali l’empatia e la cortesia. Però fare tutto da soli non è il massimo e alla fine un pochettino il servizio ne risente. Il menù propone tre antipasti e tre piatti principali veramente notevoli, ma finisce per essere un po’ minimalista. Aggiungere almeno un antipasto e un piatto principale aiuterebbe anche a incentivare il ritorno dei clienti. Eccezionale la degustazione di formaggi, molti dei quali locali. Bene la carta dei vini, buona la disponibilità di distillati. Mi dispiace, avrei voluto assegnare il punteggio massimo, ma per adesso va bene così. Il conto alla fine è adeguato al livello del locale e del servizio. Roby

A wonderful and very exclusive hotel with a unique atmosphere. Unfortunately we only had the time to stay one night. Overall very pricey but the location and quality are worth the price I would say. Definitely a recommendation for those who can afford it.
