Wow, I was so surprised...it was excellent, to the point of smiling with happiness with every bite. Go for it without hesitation. Really, really, really good. My sweetheart didn't have a single grain of rice left on his plate and my daughter didn't have a belt left by the end of dinner 😀
The lentil soup was delicious and flavorful in this cold weather. And the cake, served warm with the aromas of cardamom and coconut, was comforting. A calm, family atmosphere.
