VERY GOOD = fast service & quite careful cuisine, correct prices, satisfactory quantities = so it's VERY GOOD but what a shame (🚫)⚠️ YES too bad that #E621 [#Sodium Glutamate] this flavor enhancer which gives this good taste of meat, but ADDITIVE so controversial because of its neurotoxic effects (after meals: symptoms of dry mouth, pasty tongue, congested digestion, even difficult,... but also disorders in children, including hyperactivity, irritability, which would promote epileptic seizures... Do not be surprised after a meal to feel thirsty and drink up to a liter of water) ☆ It's a shame that this Glutamate [E621] is present and used in cooking in the majority of dishes at #KAPTHaïPARIS at 7 rue du Poteau 75018 Paris... Otherwise this RESTAURANT would deserve 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆
Question ATMOSPHERE (ROOM): ☆ there is none, here the rare customers who eat on site at the 4 or 5 tables available, are apparently always in a hurry or stressed, OR distracted by the couriers' ball who follow one another to the rhythm of the orders to be collected, closing the door poorly behind them (good evening drafts and hello cold) OR distracted by the musical cookware which alternates between flames, woks, vegetable or meat somersaults...

Food to die for 🥰🥰 everything is delicious! . The meat is raised in France and the dishes are homemade, made from raw products. Well done.🍾 I recommend 100%. Happy tasting everyone 😋
