Having eaten lunch there several times, I can say that the restaurant is always clean, and the portions are delicious and generous. As for the staff, they are absolutely top-notch: they are all polite, smiling, and energetic... in short, everything I want to show my son. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😊
The menu was very good, and Cédric was a super friendly waiter who served with joy and good humor 🌞.

Big Fernand is expensive. But I find that, unlike many other burger restaurants, this price reflects real quality. The staff at this particular restaurant are very friendly, discreet yet efficient and welcoming. The dining area is quite large, with a bit of an outdoor extension.
