Bioburger Batignolles sur Paris

The service was very slow, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. I waited about 20 minutes for my order, which seems excessive under the circumstances. On the other hand, the burgers were very good. It was my first visit, and I wasn't disappointed by the quality of the food. I'll gladly come back, but the service definitely needs improvement.

I really like Bio Burger, which I've been going to for years, and I was very disappointed by the closure of the Montparnasse location. But it's clear that things are going downhill. On my last visit, I had to wait ages for my order because the delivery drivers obviously get priority. So much for the fast-food concept... Plus, like everywhere else, I find the service has become very cold since they installed the self-service kiosks.

A half-hearted experience. I ordered a breaded chicken and salad meal, and to my surprise, the breaded chicken was reconstituted. What a disappointment! I would have preferred to pay a little more for real chicken. It's a shame because the crispy breading lived up to its promise. The second surprise was that the meal was served in a disposable bowl with disposable cutlery. I would have expected something else. What a shame.

This vegan fast food place was a great find. The atmosphere is nice, but the background music is too loud.

Great organic concept. The fries are excellent. The budget-priced burger is very good but quite small and the sauce is a bit sweet. A sugar-free alternative would be preferable.

Slow service, good burger, very good fries, noisy dining room. Personally, I found the price a bit high for the quality.
