Bioburger Batignolles sur Paris

I discovered Bioburger and it's a real alternative to classic fast food: better quality, better service, everything is better, in short! I agree with some of the comments I've seen; I'm disappointed never to get ice cream, whereas at other Bioburger locations, I haven't had any unpleasant surprises in that regard! I also hope your machine will be repaired soon!

It was delicious, organic, and no more expensive than McDonald's; the staff were super welcoming.

I love Bioburger, their products are always excellent and the team is great 😍! However: on my last three visits, the ice cream machine was out of order, what a shame, I hope the problem will be fixed soon!

Delicious, but I feel like the portions are getting smaller and smaller, which is a shame…

The service was very slow, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. I waited about 20 minutes for my order, which seems excessive under the circumstances. On the other hand, the burgers were very good. It was my first visit, and I wasn't disappointed by the quality of the food. I'll gladly come back, but the service definitely needs improvement.

I really like Bio Burger, which I've been going to for years, and I was very disappointed by the closure of the Montparnasse location. But it's clear that things are going downhill. On my last visit, I had to wait ages for my order because the delivery drivers obviously get priority. So much for the fast-food concept... Plus, like everywhere else, I find the service has become very cold since they installed the self-service kiosks.

A half-hearted experience. I ordered a breaded chicken and salad meal, and to my surprise, the breaded chicken was reconstituted. What a disappointment! I would have preferred to pay a little more for real chicken. It's a shame because the crispy breading lived up to its promise. The second surprise was that the meal was served in a disposable bowl with disposable cutlery. I would have expected something else. What a shame.
