Biscuiterie de Saint Palais sur Saint-Palais-Sur-Mer

Very good meringues made on site, tasty Charentaise pancakes (although less and less angelica…) and not cooked enough. All the biscuits are excellent but all come from Brittany in boxes (you can find exactly the same ones in Finistère with a Breton box!). Recommended for purchase is the natural Angelique des deux Sèvres and the delicious “La Chanteracoise” rusks.

By far the best Charentaise pancakes in Royan and its surroundings (OK, I haven't tasted everything but too bad :). I don't comment on the other products since I only come for the pancakes, as soon as I make a detour to Royan. And vice versa when my family joins me 700 km away. Some people find them undercooked: you ate too much Goulebenèze (which I also love, they are just different)! Here they are thick, generous, tender and full of butter. I do not get enough.

I went to the store on Sunday 01/28, and disappointment!!! An uncooked Charentaise pancake and a not very friendly employee. We must not forget that it is the customer who sustains the merchants and not the other way around.
