We love Bistrot Régent République. After a long day at work, it's a pleasant spot in a setting reminiscent of Parisian brasseries, offering simple yet satisfying cuisine, a hearty meal with a good beer or a glass of Pessac-Léognan, wonderfully fresh tartares, and proper fries! And the staff are always friendly and attentive. We're never disappointed.

A truly beautiful place steeped in history, with a wonderful atmosphere... As always, nothing more to say, a superb salmon tartare with great fries (which would be even better if they were a little crispier)... Furthermore, a charming, slender waiter, very kind and always smiling... Also, I wanted to say a big thank you because it's rare these days to see waiters wearing the proper waiter's uniform, which is becoming increasingly rare... Also, I really love your haircut, it suits you perfectly 😊😊

We came for lunch with colleagues. The menu selection was appealing, but the food was a disappointment. It really wasn't worth the price, neither in terms of the quality of the ingredients nor the cooking. Even the service wasn't particularly friendly. However, the service was quick, as we expected.
