Of the many Bistrot Régent restaurants in Bordeaux, this one is by far the best. A warm and welcoming place, in a pleasant setting, with a quiet terrace. The service is polite and quick, and the food is always cooked to perfection. I highly recommend it!
We ordered the set menu, which is always the same: lettuce salad, homemade fries, grilled salmon with a delicious sauce, fresh pineapple for dessert, and water to drink. It's in the center of Bordeaux and the service was quick. Inexpensive for France.
