Basic but correct meal, on the other hand, toilet, extremely dirty. I will not come back.

Delicious salmon tartare as well as on Sunday. Top waitresses.

The quality of the meal is just okay.

Good understanding with the room manager. I took the “vegetarian” (see photo) that I was tasting for the first time. Pleasantly surprised for a franchise from the Bistro Régent group.

We were at the Régent bistro in Blagnac, knowing the brand, we take rare beef and duck. The dish arrives and we find ourselves with very little of the sauce that made the reputation, so we ask for extra sauce which was given to us. We start to taste our meat and we realize that the meat is burnt on the top and cold in the middle, even raw. The salad was almost unseasoned. Not wanting to return our plates to the kitchen, we “made do with it”. At the end of the meal, the waitress asked if everything went well and we shared our comments. But of course, as is often the case, our comments will not go beyond the waitress and the person in question (the cook) will have nothing to do with it. This is why I am leaving this review, hoping that the information will get back to the person concerned, who in my opinion does not take their work seriously.

Coming as a family, we were very well received. Extra fast service, with attentive and friendly waiters. As for the dishes, nothing to say, the meats are cooked to perfection.
