I've been picking up my packages from this bar for years. Florence has always been very dedicated, respects the regulations which protects our packages, and clearly demonstrates her professionalism. I'm surprised to read the comments below. Yes, she's outspoken, but she does her job very well. I wouldn't change my package drop-off location for anything in the world. Thank you, Florence! I highly recommend her!

Incredibly efficient as a collection point, very organized, the owner is very friendly, I have exclusively had deliveries made to this bar for many years and I have never had a problem, yet I order every week, thank you very much.

I'm appalled by the few negative reviews about this bar, which also offers Mondial Relay pickup. The Bar des Fleurs is a Donville institution, an old-fashioned bistro with a wonderful owner whose straightforward manner belies her extreme kindness and desire to do things well. YES, Florence (because after picking up packages there so often, we end up calling each other by our first names) is very direct when she speaks. YES, Florence is quick to use the informal "tu" form, not out of disrespect, but rather in a spirit of conviviality. It's a bistro, after all. YES, Florence is very meticulous about packages, mainly for security reasons and to avoid problems caused by careless delivery drivers. YES, Florence is sometimes tired, because she's alone at the bar, working crazy hours to serve you and deliver your packages from early morning until late at night. Yes, Florence deserves more smiles from the grumpy customers who come to pick up their packages without even saying hello, please, or goodbye. And if you don't like the Florence we love as she is, find yourself another pickup point ;)

Hello I've just read some very negative reviews about this place. I'm having trouble recognizing the owner in the descriptions; I think she's just following procedures. I've been picking up packages there for over 5 years, and it's always been done very conscientiously. PS: I should mention that I have a reputation for being demanding.
