Deserves a Michelin star, even if the friendly atmosphere is absolutely not "fussy" and is intended to be simple. In short, the perfect restaurant!
Refined food, regularly updated menu, A couple of adorable enthusiasts who know how to advise you, really nice waitress.
You won't know what a good restaurant is until you've been to Ô Tablier.

16/09/2024: We can only give 5 stars everywhere, we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in this establishment and we were very well received. Our guests were more than delighted with the location we chose. The cuisine, service and hospitality are truly top notch.

07/09/2024: I had lunch in this restaurant with friends and I really liked the setting and the cuisine. The only negative remark: some guests had chosen fish as a starter and meat as a main course and the cutlery was not changed. I pointed this out on the way out and it was explained to me that it was the restaurant's policy...but that they changed the cutlery on the gourmet menu...
Really a shame for a restaurant of this level.
17/08/2024: Fine dining in a lovely restaurant just outside Dole. Delicious food, very good service, nice restaurant, large parking lot. Ideal place for an upscale stopover on a trip to Burgundy.

07/09/2024: Superb welcome, excellent dishes in particular the semi-cooked foie gras and its fig jam with a touch of acidity, a real treat. And what about the chicken, tender as can be and a sauce that awakens the taste buds. And what about the Munster flambé with Gewurztraminer, a discovery and a delight.
On the other hand, don't be offended if at 1 p.m. you are told that we can no longer serve you. The chef is alone in the kitchen and there are only 2 people serving.
If you want quality you can't satisfy the majority, especially the so-called gourmets who demand immediate reheating, arriving at 1:40 p.m. on a busy day and without reservation (a sad experience that day)

The waitress is very friendly, attentive and gives good advice.
We ate a kebab plate and an adana skewer.
Everything was very good, tasty.
A great discovery, completely by chance...
It's a shame that our stay is coming to an end, we would have happily returned.

The cuisine is remarkable both in presentation and flavors. This is exactly the style of restaurant that a city is famous for.

12/08/2024: La gentillesse de tout le personnel est à souligner. Les chambres sont agréables, une vue magnifique et un calme absolu. Le petit dej est varié et copieux. Et le repas du soir un délice!

Les plats et le service sont à la hauteur du cadre.
Le menu Castel est superbement équilibré. La poularde prise par mon compagnon était d'un fondant exceptionnel.
La carte des vins est superbe. Nous avons pris un St Véran qui a bien accompagné nos plats.
Le seul regret est que nous aurions du réserver une nuit même si nous ne sommes qu'à quelques kilomètres.. nous aurions pu apprécier le parc au matin... une prochaine fois.

The staff is really friendly. We came on an evening when there were a lot of people, but the layout of the rooms didn't make us feel compressed and the service was very fast!
