We stopped by for lunch. In the shade under the trees in the heart of the village. Friendly welcome. Excellent food. Highly recommended. Good value for money.

A pleasant café-restaurant in a local setting and atmosphere. Admittedly, the prices are a bit high, which is the law of supply and demand, but the food is quite respectable and the welcome very friendly.

I don't usually leave reviews, and this is actually the first time I've taken the time to do so for a restaurant. But this place truly deserves it. My partner and I arrived quite late, after searching in vain for somewhere to have dinner. Les Canisses was one of the few establishments still open, and despite the late hour, we were greeted with great kindness and professionalism. What a wonderful surprise! Everything was absolutely perfect: the ambiance, the music, the service, and especially the food. Each dish was prepared with care, generous, flavorful, and bursting with taste. You can immediately sense the passion and love for a job well done. After several very disappointing culinary experiences in recent days, stumbling upon Les Canisses was a real revelation. When something is exceptional, it's important to say so, and this evening was exceptional from beginning to end. A huge thank you to the entire team for your warm welcome, your dedication, and your passion. We will return with immense pleasure, and we will recommend your establishment without the slightest hesitation.
