Salmon gravlax to start - very tasty and beautifully presented. The previous time my husband had the ‘œuf parfait’ which he enjoyed. The burger was very tasty. The fish of the day was sea bream which we asked the chef to filet. Great service too ;-)

A very nice cuisine, where classic dishes such as grilled meats or tartare are revisited using surprising sauces or preparations. Entirely homemade desserts, which is becoming rare enough to be highlighted.

02/04/2024: A very comfortable and very well located Provençal hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast and dinner.
12/03/2024: What a discovery!!!! We had a great stay as part of Valentine's Day.....with a very warm welcome, a magnificent room with terrace, a hearty breakfast....the hotel is richly decorated with care and lots of taste. Without forgetting a little passage in the Jacuzzi at the top.... Special mention for the smiling and always attentive staff. We plan to come back Thank you. Christophe and Marie Claude
