Bistrot du Marché sur Saint-Germain-En-Laye

01/04/2026: I stumbled upon this place by chance in the middle of the market, drawn in by the sunny terrace. I snagged a free table without having to wait. And what a surprise! The restaurant, a victim of its own success, was quickly booked up (and understandably so, remember to reserve 😅). The menu is excellent, generous, and high-quality. And the price is more than reasonable! Pictured here is a homemade cordon bleu and a praline tiramisu. It was superb, I had a wonderful time, and the staff is very attentive, which is really nice. Thank you so much!

03/03/2026: The food is good and plentiful, however the wait is really long and the staff lack customer service skills. We expected better.
