Hello, Many thanks to these two hardworking gentlemen who took excellent care of us: a warm welcome, kindness, helpful advice, no pretense, good value for money, and to top it all off, homemade chocolate mousse and apple tart. Enjoying the sunshine on the terrace, we felt like we were on holiday! 👍⛱️☀️

24/04/2026: Having a coffee in the sun-drenched Saint Germain market square is perfect.
01/04/2026: I stumbled upon this place by chance in the middle of the market, drawn in by the sunny terrace. I snagged a free table without having to wait. And what a surprise! The restaurant, a victim of its own success, was quickly booked up (and understandably so, remember to reserve 😅). The menu is excellent, generous, and high-quality. And the price is more than reasonable! Pictured here is a homemade cordon bleu and a praline tiramisu. It was superb, I had a wonderful time, and the staff is very attentive, which is really nice. Thank you so much!

Le Thiers

18/05/2026: Brasserie Le Thiers provided excellent service at lunchtime today. €39 for two starters and main courses. The spring rolls and meat dishes were very well prepared. The service was very quick and efficient. The waitress made us feel very comfortable, even though we were with a baby. We'll definitely be back!
11/02/2026: A very good little restaurant. A short menu of quality, homemade dishes. My fish and chips was perfect. The apple tart could have been warmed up before being served. Pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. Friendly and professional service.
