Bistrot Guillaume sur Mulhouse

I arrived too late to sit on the terrace and was in the middle of a run, so I asked for some water just as they were closing up. Despite this, I was served ice-cold water with such friendliness! It was lovely to see! Thank you for the service and keep it up. I will definitely come back to dine in.

Superbly located on Place de la Réunion opposite the temple, large and very pleasant terrace, I stopped there for lunch, good salads and a good selection of beers, friendly service.

The Salad was good! Service was fast and professional.

Stopped in for a drink. Ordered the same as usual: a shandy and a purple cocktail. But I was very disappointed this time with the quality of the cocktail. No flavor, too much water and not enough syrup. And the glass decoration changes from day to day, which is a shame. You should stick to the same proportions and not just wing it.

Great place! Thanks to the whole team. Amazing white sangria, a great atmosphere for drinks 7 days a week. It's a really nice place. Summer salads too. Big shout out to Stéphane and Sandra!

The waiters were very attentive, and my order arrived very quickly. The sangria was delicious, the four-cheese pizza was average. I wouldn't say it was exceptionally tasty, just average.

A huge thank you to Rachelle! 😊 It's always a pleasure to be served by her. She's incredibly kind, always smiling, pleasant, and always available when we need anything. She's lovely with my mother, and even my dog adores her, which speaks volumes about her kindness! Every time we visit, she greets us with a smile and creates a wonderful atmosphere. A top-notch waitress, professional and personable. Thank you, Rachelle, for your cheerfulness and warm welcome!

It's sunny and hot, but only two parasols are open (the two small ones), the three largest one is closed. Many people are looking for a place to sit in the shade, but there's no more room, so they leave. Why not open the other parasols? Who knows, maybe they just don't want to!

It's a pleasure when Dora serves us; she's a lovely, sunny person and always offers great advice. We always make sure to sit on her side of the terrace when we come. ++ The appetizer platter is delicious.

We were a small group of three, and we received a very warm welcome from a young woman named Dora. The service was impeccable, and she was a truly radiant woman.
