I'd been waiting for this experience for four years, and despite having VERY high expectations, Septime far exceeded them. The food is simply exceptional—creative, precise, and absolutely memorable. An experience worthy of the finest Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris, but with a relaxed atmosphere and service that is both laid-back and attentive. We were completely blown away from beginning to end. ❤️ After trying several excellent restaurants in Paris, Septime is officially my #1. An unforgettable evening!

Good food and great service. But I have to say that their wine selection is much better than the food.

What can I say… all the dishes were good, even excellent, but a seven-course menu with four vegetables and one fish course, plus desserts, is practically a vegetarian menu! Which wasn't what we were expecting. For the rest, while the dishes were perfect, they clearly lacked the emotion that great cuisine can evoke! Ultimately, we found it to be very questionable value for money for a few vegetables, however excellent, and a few pieces of red mullet and octopus. We were very happy to go, but we left the restaurant with very mixed feelings.

We had a wonderful time at Septime! We were able to take advantage of August to book a table. We came for lunch and were able to enjoy the five-course menu. Septime is also known for its selection of natural wines, so we indulged in the wine pairing. The amuse-bouches were original and delicious. The main courses were equally impressive, with beautiful colors, a symphony of flavors, and wines that were more surprising than the last. The dessert and its sake pairing were truly remarkable. And to top it all off, the portions were generous. But above all, the team manages to give us the pleasure of a bistronomic restaurant while offering the finesse and creativity of a fine dining establishment. That's where the strength of this restaurant lies. You discover new flavors while enjoying a truly excellent meal. As for the service, it was excellent. The servers and sommelier are friendly and share their passion throughout the meal. In short, Septime has earned its reputation and is an exceptional restaurant.

The establishment is pleasant and cozy, there is a homely atmosphere. I had a dinner with wine accompaniment. The sommelier is incredible and really picked up good positions for the food. As for the food, I liked all the courses except the dessert. If the previous dishes had interesting combinations, then the clafoutis for dessert was quite mediocre and had nothing interesting in taste. The service was excellent at the beginning of the dinner, towards the end the waiters may have gotten tired, 15 minutes after they cleared the table after the dessert they just sat there, not even offering coffee or a glass of wine additionally. Overall, the impressions were the best, if you don't take into account the end of the dinner.
