You can tell he loves what he does, and he takes the time to tell the story behind the dishes and the restaurant, which makes the experience even more friendly and warm. 30/05/2026: This was our second visit to this restaurant; the first time was for lunch, and this time for dinner. Lunch is simpler, but just as surprising and inventive; we thoroughly enjoyed it, and last night confirmed that this is a must-visit in the region (we've only recently moved to Beaujolais). Everything was excellent, refined in taste and presentation, the service was impeccable, and the prices were quite reasonable for the quality of the ingredients.

The service is fabulous; the servers and sommelier are very attentive and offer excellent advice. The value for money is among the best. 07/05/2026: Thank you, Guy Lassausaie, for delivering a Michelin-starred experience at a price that doesn't require taking out a loan. The starter menu was already exceptional. Madame Lassausaie, with her great kindness, offered us a very fine wine at a price that some in Lyon should take note of. The setting is understated, modern, and chic, as is the discreet and efficient service. Frankly, if you want to earn your first Michelin star, look no further than this place; the food speaks for itself, and it's perfect just as it is. Bravo!

09/06/2026: I had the pleasure of eating at this lovely Asian restaurant. Beautiful sunny terrace. A nice menu with a diverse and well-presented selection. For starters (I was so hungry I forgot to take pictures): 2 beef and cheese skewers and 4 beef samosas. For main courses: 2 dishes: - Grilled salmon steak with noodles - Caramelized chicken with noodles For dessert: - 2 scoops of vanilla and strawberry ice cream The staff was welcoming and smiling. Generous portions. The chicken was perfectly caramelized. The dishes were delicious. They promised to teach me Mandarin over several (meal) sessions. Thank you!

14/02/2026: What an incredible discovery! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance… and wow! The welcome was exceptionally kind, warm, and genuine, making us feel instantly at home. And then there was the food… absolutely FABULOUS! 🤩 Refined, flavorful, creative, and perfectly executed dishes. Each bite is an explosion of taste, a true culinary journey. You can taste the passion and talent in every plate. Clearly a huge favorite, the very best! To be honest, I almost want to keep this wonderful place a secret… but it would be too unfair not to share it!
