We celebrated our mother's birthday at Blue Marning last weekend (50 people). A beautiful restaurant on the banks of the Marne, with delicious dishes, great organization, and above all, a warm, efficient team with great advice for organizing the event. Everyone was delighted! The food is good, the dishes are well-executed, but it remains very classic, without any real surprises or originality. Given the prices, we expected a little more creativity or a more memorable experience.
The real downside of our visit was the welcome: the owner, who provides service, was less than welcoming, sometimes even authoritarian, which somewhat spoiled the experience. It's a shame, because the setting is pleasant and the potential is there.
