Lovely decor and our waitress was helpful and attentive.
We had a nice bottle of wine and the food we had was tasty with the portions being generous. The waitress helped us choose how many dishes to have which was just the right amount of food for the two of us.
It was lovely and tranquil on the rooftop which I would recommend over the indoor restaurant area.
We booked ahead a terrace table, based on TripAdvisor reviews. We understood it would be tapas style and the nature of the rooftop terrace seating, Entrance on street was still a queue, so clearly popular. Shown upstairs where we were greeted by a very friendly waiter and shown to high table with wooden stools near rooftop edge, which was absolutely fine. Waiter explained nature of tapas eating and advised on how many to order. Also was very good on explaining the contents of the different options. We ordered a variety from different parts of the menu, in line with one of the main fixed price options. Plenty of bread to accompany the food, which arrived quickly, but in no particular order, which is not unusual for tapas. One course did not arrive and we had to chase the waiter to make sure we got it. The portion sizes were fine and filling. Some interesting combination of ingredients but nothing really fantastic, but perfectly OK. Waiters were attentive, but clearly rushed, as the terrace filled up very quickly. Altogether a good tourist style tapas occasion, but not that outstanding.
