11/07/2024: C’est toujours un grand bonheur de venir au bouchon une de nos meilleurs adresse sur Nice l’accueil est chaleureux comme de la famille avec de la nourriture de grande qualité est original expérimenté cette adresse dans une rue discrète où de nombreux habitués ont leurs habitudes ici on ne triche pas je conseille de réserver car trop souvent plein je donne 10 sur 10 salutations à toute l’équipe 👍

04/07/2024: Nous étions 4 au fond à droite ce jour 4 Juillet 2024, et comme pour les précédentes fois, nous nous sommes régalés ! Excellent accueil, la dame qui sert et qui sait très bien nous détailler les plats, est la gentillesse et la douceur incarnée. Toujours souriante et très polie, nous avons passé encore une fois, un excellent moment. Les plats arrivent rapidement, c'est fait maison, c'est gouteux et délicieux. Les fleurs de courgettes sont un régal, les gnocchis maison ressemblent à de petits flocons de neige tellement c'est bon, le poke bowl est coloré et savoureux !! Tout le personnel est souriant. Nous étions souvent passé devant le restaurant en regardant la carte, on se disait qu’il fallait que l’on vienne, c’est fait et c’était parfait. À recommander.

01/07/2024: This is a Market Driven restaurant, so their menu changes based on what is currently fresh and best. We selected the Le menu Vauban and the wine pairing. Our dinner started with a cold asparagus “soup” topped with curried cream. The portion was small, but adequate, and it was packed with flavor. For our starters, my wife selected the Vitello Tonato, which was their take on a popular Northern Italian specialty. The very thin slices of rare cooked veal were topped with tuna and crisp vegetables. It paired well with the white Cotes du Rhone they offered. I ordered the more traditional Duck Foie Gras with a sauce of diced plums and strawberries. It was paired with a very dry Reisling. Both items were excellent. We each selected the same main dish, the roasted veal tenderloin with green and white asparagus. The plate presentation was beautiful! It paired well with a South African Pinotage. And finally, the dessert course. We selected two. My wife chose the Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse which was paired with a glass of Rhone red wine. I had the Pistachio Shortbread topped with Raspberries and a pistachio ice cream. It was paired with a different, less dry, white Cotes du Rhone. We traded plates back and forth, and it was close, both were excellent, but in the end we agreed mine was better. The room is small but comfortable with well-spaced tables. The noise level was low, so conversation was easy. Service was very professional. We felt it was an exceptional value considering the quality of the food, the beautiful presentations, and the excellent service.

27/06/2024: I would not dream of leaving anything other than a five-star review at a place where I have not eaten. The place is gorgeously decorated, the setting magnificent and the food looks sensational. I am only leaving the review to warn any Anglo-Saxons reading this that, although signposted everywhere, the restaurant adheres to bizarrely stringent opening hours, even by French standards, which is slightly irksome when you have just driven 15 miles up steep and winding roads to get there. You might assume that a creperie would be open into the afternoon, as in Britanny. This one isn't. We pitched up for lunch slightly before 2pm. No dice. It's their restaurant, and they are free to open and close whenever they like. I am just writing this so you aren't disappointed as we were.

Peu goûteuses G.charcutiére : andouille guemené, oeuf bio, comté, sauce moutarde : très bon Desserts : Crêpe provence : glace fleur oranger, pignons, sorbet mandarine, pralin maison, amandes effilées et miel de lavande : très bon C. Special marron : crème de marron, glace vanille, marron glacé, chantilly, pralin maison : très bon C. Pâte à tartiner artisanale xocoalt : très bon

21/07/2024: Après une jolie balade à moto. Nous avons passés un très bon moment. Les tripes à la Nicoise et les tomates 🍅 farcies un vrai régal. Crème brûlée et tarte aux pommes également. On remarque tous de suite que tout est fait maison. Ambiance très convivial. Je recommande sans problème cette adresse.

21/07/2024: Venus à 2 dans cet établissement dont le nom est connu des gens du coin (j'ai passé toute mon enfance pas loin). Nourriture excellente Accueuil, ambiance et nourriture très sympathiques.
