We were there for a week-long training session with the CGT (General Confederation of Labour). We ate very well and had a warm welcome.

We came for a meal with four people. 1 pulled pork: good 1 lamb shank: very good 2 sirloin steaks: one average and the other with a farmyard smell and very bad taste. We wanted to send it back. The waitress took the plate and tasted it. She told us there was no problem and returned the plate. According to her, they serve other steaks without any problem and told us "it's from you." We tried as best we could to explain that the other steak was okay but the other wasn't at all. She took a defensive position. No goodwill gesture except when it came to the bill, when another server offered us a shot while telling us that the meat came from the butcher and there was no problem. Very disappointed with our experience there.
