19/09/2024: We've dined here for both lunch and inner many times over the years 2017, 18, 19, 23 and 24 and the hallmark of a good restaurant is consistency. Pascale and Sophie make a great team providing excellent cuisine with interesting and often innovative dishes that are definitely not just the same old same old offerings. Service is always helpful, accommodating and with charm, one always feels special. The cuisine and presentation along with good value make this a destination not to be missed and worthy of it's Michelin guide listing.

03/09/2024: The restaurant is located on the banks of the Canal du Midi, which allows you to see the anvils in action throughout your stay. The food is excellent, original, with a very careful preparation. If you're a glutton, you might be left wanting, but you can always ask for something more. The service, very professional.
