09/09/2024: Nicolas es un gran anfitrión. Chapurrea un poco el español y te hace sentir como en casa. La pasta carbonara muy buena y en su punto. La lasaña considerable de tamaño y muy rica. Y el banofe (postre) espectacular. Me ha encantado.

29/08/2024: After a week of indifferent meals around Serignan, we took a train trip to Narbonne chancing upon L'estafette de Nicolas. This is a wonderful restaurant with a wonderful owner. Locals queuing out the door! We had a lovely lunch playing Uno and eating excellent pasta. Best meal of my holiday.

16/09/2024: A superb evening in a dream setting. The restaurant is ideally located in the historic city with the magnificent ramparts as a backdrop. We had a flawless meal from start to finish. Impeccable service with attentive staff, present but discreet. Each dish more tempting than the last. The only thing to improve is the exterior signage of the restaurant, we did not immediately understand that it was located in the city hotel.

15/09/2024: Always a wonderful experience, each time I visit Carcassonne I make sure to book in for lunch. This time I treated myself to dinner, which was as expected, magical dining.

20/08/2024: For a friendly moment around a good plate and a good drink I recommend at fourmi at the halles of Narbonne service with a smile and good humor, be careful no payment by credit card but that does not take away from the friendly moment that we spent 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

17/08/2024: On vacation in Carcassonne, I spotted this business. As soon as you enter, we are dazzled by the beauty of the setting and then the view of these magnificent cakes only makes us want to sit down and taste them. We had brunch and were able to enjoy their culinary talent! Excellent ! I will be delighted to stop there again during my next stays. Go for it!

02/09/2024: Great times spent in this hotel. We stayed there for 3 nights and we had a great time. Everything was perfect 😇😇😇 Be careful for those who are cold, the swimming pool is not heated.

15/09/2024: I don't know what l' Cassoulet will be like in other places but I thought this was spectacular, it's the first time we tried it and we loved it, very very delicious. It also has the merit of Nuno, its owner and only employee who runs everything alone, and made communication easier for us because he speaks Spanish and several other languages. 03/08/2024: Very pleasant cozy restaurant, very pleasant welcome from the owner, very generous and tasty dishes, what's more, the kitchen is open to the room, and we see the owner at the bakery preparing the dishes we ordered, that and the smells of cooking, it's very mouth-watering. Absolutely recommended!!!

19/09/2024: Having previously seen the Michelin listing we'd long intended to dine here and today (19th) we were well rewarded. It's true you can't please everyone all the time and some reviews seem to reflect this, though from our experience today it's hard to fathom why! Warmly welcomed, our waiter was attentive, informed well and explained all the dishes, helpful with wine and drink selection and very personable. Service was discreet, but friendly and very efficient. Choosing the 4 course menu with choices from the a la carte selections delivered excellent value with interesting dishes, innovative cuisine and delightfully presented. All of us were delighted with our choices. We definitely look forward to returning in the spring when passing this way again. Merci a tous!

11/09/2024: What a delicious meal we had here again. The atmosphere is really French, lovely hostess and always good to be here again. The restaurant was pleasantly full, not only tourists but also locals find their way to this restaurant. The latter is often a confirmation that it is good. Recommended!!
