06/06/2026: L'Ecailler Gourmet in Narbonne is fantastic! Everything is excellent, the products are fresh, even live, like the lobster, although it doesn't show in the photo 😉. The place is warm and welcoming, and the staff is just as friendly, smiling, attentive, and helpful. The dishes are delicious, and I won't even mention the desserts, including the frozen raspberry sabayon, which I discovered. The fish and shellfish are cooked to perfection. 04/05/2026: A wonderful experience. The cassoulet is made in the traditional way and is less fatty than what you might find elsewhere. Enjoyed with a glass of red wine, it was delicious. I highly recommend it.

02/05/2026: We went there to enjoy classic cuisine and we weren't disappointed; everything was good. The semi-cooked foie gras was perfect, and the ravioli with cooked foie gras were delicious. The cassoulet didn't disappoint, though it was more traditional. It's one of the few places in Carcassonne worth the trip. The service was friendly, and they provided excellent wine recommendations.
