Am I the only one who finds that the quality is gradually deteriorating? I have been a customer since the beginning, but I must admit that I am gradually letting go of the business for Julien or Marques Rue Levis. Everything is now overcooked, the buttery croissants aren't so buttery anymore.

I don't know the name of the person who was serving. But what I can tell you is that he was exceptionally polite, provided great service and that was a great pleasure.
My congratulations to this brand for the quality of its products and obviously that of its recruitment ☺️
The Swiss bread and the pain au chocolat are really very good.
Note in the pain au chocolat there are three bars of chocolate, which is exceptional.
In general people are stingy about the chocolate inside the pain au chocolat, this is truly exceptional.
I highly recommend this bakery.
We simply love it. All the products are delicious, finally real bread and a tradition for 1€! The sellers are adorable.

Good friendly service. We got the baguette which was very good and cheap at €1 each, some croissants (almond and regular butter croissants), the le pain suisse is also delicious. There are some tables here if you wish to dine in.
The pain au chocolat and croissants are delicious and gigantic. Very beautiful and succulent pastries. The very refined atmosphere and the charming service. Perfect for having breakfast on the terrace or inside.
I am a regular at this bakery. I arrive at 8:23 p.m. just before closing and I ask for their very good Bacillus bread. The lady was throwing bread into a trash bag. She goes to look for a piece of bread in her trash bag. A little incredulous I say that the bread was thrown away and I ask if it is possible to do something. She explains to me that no because she is not responsible. What's more, she couldn't slice the bread. So I paid for my collected bread in a “clean” trash bag and then she threw the rest of the bread in front of my eyes again…
In short, the bread is good but I find that there is a lot of food waste (even if sometimes they are too good to go) and the behavior of the sellers is really regrettable…
