Excellent value for money, the fougas is exceptionally good! Nicolas is incredibly professional. Plus, the baker is very handsome and we can pay in storks! I highly recommend it.

A great little breakfast! Coffee, juice, a roll, and toast, all for a very reasonable price. The shaded back terrace is very pleasant.

We had a wonderful time on the terrace enjoying delicious salads with homemade juice! A huge thank you to Claire and her warm smile, which brightened our day and always makes us want to come back. See you soon!

Perfect for breakfast (€8). Very good quality and price. Good service. Order and payment taken at the till. Clean restrooms. I recommend it. Also good for afternoon tea.

An excellent bakery that celebrates homemade, organic, and local products! The bread, pastries, brioches... all the products are delicious and high-quality 😄 They even make their own mauricettes (a type of bread roll)!!!! And they're excellent 😍 There's a tea room inside and a lovely terrace for sunny days! It's a shame I don't live in the neighborhood so I could enjoy all these wonderful products more often 😏 It's so nice to still find such great bakeries! Something quite rare these days!

Brasserie Restaurant Val Munster

28/07/2026: Repeat offenders... even after this Vosges holiday, we returned here again. You sit by the road under an umbrella, and all is right with the world. It tastes just like it used to... BUT, the good old days are over here too! My wife's salad with chicken was plentiful and tasty, but my beloved steak hash topped with Munster cheese disappointed me this time... more (ready-made) fries, less meat (half the amount), but plenty of Munster on top. The bacon bits that used to be included and baked on top were missing. Our server was friendly and quick, and she kindly acknowledged my limited French skills and rewarded me with "understanding"! ADDENDUM: You can buy by far the best Munster cheese here; they'll vacuum-pack it upon request... and I've bought cheese everywhere in the Vosges, from farmers at the farm to the market.

Restaurant Au Bon Coin

01/08/2026: Very traditional restaurant. Beautiful dining room, courteous and knowledgeable service. Wide choice of dishes, with many Alsatian classics. The sauerkraut prepared at the table is fantastic. The wine list is very extensive and very reasonably priced. Also includes many older vintages from Alsace, among others, at competitive prices. In short, highly recommended if you are staying in Alsace.
29/07/2026: Decent but that's it. My steak was beyond medium rare, the tournedos of my partner was better. Only fries (frozen from the local supermarket) and some lettuce with my steak. 4 stars because the tournedos saved them.
