I'm responding with 5 stars to the previous comment criticizing the service! I've been a regular customer at this bakery for two years. Having been a craftsman and now self-employed, I don't just see the saleswoman serving my tuna sandwich; I also, and above all, see the person, the employee. And I can say that this "young woman with headphones," in addition to being remarkably kind, is dedicated to doing things right: whether it's for "her shop," her colleagues, or her customers. She brings real value! Her boss and everyone around her can be proud. Well done.
