Excellent bakery, very professional and pleasant staff

I was very disappointed with the service I received today at this bakery. I was served by an employee named Asra, whom I heard being called by her colleague. From the start, I wasn't greeted, and I found her attitude very haughty and unpleasant, even towards the customers ahead of me. When it came time to pay, she simply nodded to me, asking me to follow her, without any polite greeting or explanation. I really felt unwelcome, especially considering how much I had bought. Faced with this attitude, I decided to ask to be served by someone else. Another employee, a very tall young man, immediately took over. He clearly understood that I was upset, was very kind, smiling, and professional, and really managed to salvage the situation. I would also like to emphasize his excellent service. It's a shame that one person can give such a bad impression of an establishment while another employee, conversely, can be very kind and professional. I hope my feedback will be taken into account, because a simple hello, a little respect, and courtesy make a huge difference to the customer experience.

The sign and the place are what they are! There are good points and not-so-good points. On a personal level, you have to see the saleswomen's involvement; they deserve their dedication. I say hats off to them!!

After my visit today, where I was served by the charming Assia 👍, I wanted to share my experience. The selection was simply magnificent. My eyes were drawn to a raspberry croissant topped with a cream prepared by the pastry chef; the combination of the two was simply divine 🤩. I was then directed to some cream puffs, which were also delicious. Thank you for this delightful experience. The quality of the service, the welcome, the advice—everything was excellent.
