I also really enjoyed the Boursin one, where the cream really comes through, making it incredibly indulgent. The grilled meat is also top-notch: with a wonderful charred flavor reminiscent of charcoal grilling. In addition to the quality of the sandwiches, the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. We were won over, even though we hadn't tasted anything beforehand. The workshops were as beautiful as they were delicious, and the team was highly professional and discreet. We wholeheartedly recommend them.
