Boulangerie Louise sur Orchies

I always take advantage of my trips to Orchies to pick up my pastries, and just one word: DELICIOUS! The texture, the buttery flavor, the taste of quality chocolate. When something is exceptional, it's inevitably in limited quantities. It's sad to think that it's better to go to a supermarket, as I've read in previous reviews. This bakery has mastered its craft perfectly, because yes, French baking tradition is an art, but unfortunately, few people appreciate it and prefer to save a few cents at the expense of quality and, above all, taste.

The bread is of sufficient quality, the baguettes are a little undercooked for my taste, but the bread has to please all customers.
