28/06/2026: I just had a wonderful experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Croix: Arborescence (76 rue de la gare). Each dish was an invitation to travel, where the aromas of French cuisine conversed with Asian flavors in a harmony that was as surprising as it was delicate. The chef composes his dishes like works of art: colors, textures, aromas, and tastes interact with remarkable creativity. His wife, who oversees the dining room, accompanies each course with poems and poetic drawings that guide our palates and give an extra touch of soul to the dishes. Everything is exquisitely refined. The flavors and textures awaken the senses and invite us to escape. A beautiful and indulgent interlude that I deeply appreciated in a lovely, discreet setting. We opted for the chef's surprise menu with a matching wine pairing, and it was a real hit: honest dishes with beautiful flavors and wines that perfectly complemented the experience. The service was friendly and attentive, took the time to clearly explain the wines, and also offered great tips on the must-sees in Lille, which made the evening extra personal. All in all, highly recommended for anyone in Lille looking for a lovely place to eat well and feel truly pampered.

A delight for both the taste buds and the wallet. It's so rare to be able to eat such good food in the city with such excellent service!
