Good value for money but unfortunately place always dirty.... on the floor, on tables, seats.... crumbs etc everywhere.... too bad because good products and quite nice staff depending on the time... too bad for this " brand" this carelessness harms their image

Visiting Gex in March, we went to get some bread and a brioche. I greeted the saleswoman and asked her if there was pink praline brioche, a product that we know well.
The saleswoman barely responded to my hello and responded to my request in a disinterested manner. Frankly unpleasant, what a shame to be employed in customer service when you don't know the basics of business.
On the positive side, I really like going to Marie Blachère, fortunately for us, in Cholet the employees are welcoming and professional.
