The team is always smiling despite sometimes obnoxious and impolite customers. And contrary to what I have read, I had the experience of supporting a member of my family with a disability and we were very well served. At the same time, we have the principle that everyone deserves respect, whether customer or employee. Thank you for your kindness and your always kind words.
