And a big shout-out to Enzo in the kitchen, who truly masters his craft! His cuisine is simple, generous, and full of flavor, without trying too hard, but with lots of little touches you don't usually find elsewhere. That's precisely what makes the dishes so interesting and enjoyable. We savored every bite! The place is warm and inviting, the team is lovely, and the atmosphere is truly convivial. You can tell they genuinely want their customers to have a great time. Thank you to all four of you for this wonderful experience. A fantastic discovery in Plagne Soleil, and definitely a place we'll be returning to with great pleasure! 🔥🏔️❤️

26/04/2026: A small restaurant with a pleasant, traditional atmosphere. The cheese and charcuterie are good quality, although it's possible to find better, which is a shame. The service is very attentive. The tables are a little too close together. The homemade desserts are definitely worth trying. In short, a very nice little restaurant to visit; it's not perfect, but I highly recommend it, and we will gladly return.

20/09/2026: Excellent find! If you love generous pizzas, you can go there without hesitation. The crust is nice and thick, soft, and the toppings are definitely not skimpy: quality ingredients in generous portions. It was simply delicious, everyone loved it. As a bonus, the owners are lovely and incredibly kind; you immediately feel at home. A place we'll treasure and return to without hesitation!

The dining room is beautiful and makes you want to return—even though we had the pleasure of dining on the superb terrace! In the kitchen, it's an explosion of flavors: local and seasonal produce, enhanced by daring combinations you wouldn't think of, but which work wonderfully! We highly recommend this restaurant; you absolutely won't be disappointed.

21/08/2026: We were looking for a restaurant for two in Aix-les-Bains and, after reading the many positive reviews for L’Évasion, we decided to make a reservation. And we were so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease. Seated on the terrace, we appreciated the calm and pleasant atmosphere, despite the nearby foot traffic. The service was very professional, attentive, and efficient. As for the food, it was excellent: refined, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes. A wonderful discovery and a place we highly recommend. Definitely worth trying if you're ever in Aix-les-Bains.

14/08/2026: Always perfect. I come once a year and wish I could come more often. Four-star service; the owner is incredibly kind. The food is always a delight, something out of the ordinary. An exceptional experience that I highly recommend. And they also have a delicious white wine, Pakhus.

The restaurant is magnificent and perfectly blends tradition and modernity with great taste. The cuisine is a real success: refined and elegant, yet unpretentious. The ingredients are fresh, local, and seasonal, with some even coming directly from the garden. You can feel the genuine care given to the ingredients and the precision of the dishes. The service is also top-notch: attentive, responsive, and warm, while perfectly matching the high standards of the cuisine. The staff is present just the right amount, contributing fully to the enjoyment of the meal. We also had the pleasure of staying in one of their guest rooms, which was very pleasant, comfortable, and perfectly in keeping with the spirit of the place. A lovely way to extend the experience and fully appreciate this magnificent setting. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end and had a wonderful time.
