09/07/2026: We stumbled upon Le Carouge restaurant by chance. Located right on the roundabout in the center of Pont-de-Beauvoisin, it's impossible to miss! A beautiful spot with a superb terrace! It's lush with greenery and has a large awning to keep you cool. We received a very warm welcome and first-rate service. The cuisine was refined; we ordered the daily special and an ice cream dessert, and everything was delicious, expertly prepared, and beautifully presented. We ate in the dining room, which also offers a wide selection of Italian specialties. We had a wonderful, friendly interaction with the owner. A truly excellent restaurant not to be missed if you're passing through and want to discover a lovely establishment. I highly recommend it. Claude and Claudine Baboulin

26/04/2026: A small restaurant with a pleasant, traditional atmosphere. The cheese and charcuterie are good quality, although it's possible to find better, which is a shame. The service is very attentive. The tables are a little too close together. The homemade desserts are definitely worth trying. In short, a very nice little restaurant to visit; it's not perfect, but I highly recommend it, and we will gladly return.

As for the food, Romain knows how to work with herbs (nurtured by Anaïs) and enhance their flavor in every way. The meal is a succession of succulent dishes made primarily with local produce, and a feast for the eyes as well. The wines are perfectly chosen. The service is impeccable. In addition, we were touched by a small gesture for our birthday. What more can I say... a truly excellent restaurant in a beautiful setting!

11/07/2026: A superb discovery: this cocktail bar tucked away in the Saint Jean district. The two bartenders are true lovers of French spirits and craft their cocktails with real expertise. No overly sweet, mainstream cocktails here, but a local selection that delighted us. The setting is magnificent, with a Belle Époque and Roaring Twenties soundtrack that perfectly complemented the atmosphere.
