Bakery franchise that respects its products, unfortunately new way of serving, it's up to the customer to fend for themselves, too bad.

Good customer service. I bought a croissant. Pastry is the best in France. I felt a little disappointed. I bought the first pastry at the first boulange shop in Nice.

We tasted the peasant tart in Pezenas which is a real delight as well as a perfect Tropezian tart. Since then we have been going to Nice but this shop does not offer the peasant tart which, according to the report, must be present on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. No tropezienne either. The apple pie that we bought is certainly good but much less so than Marie Blachere's signature peasant dessert tart.

Very tasty pastries, raspberry cake and baguettes! Great value for money!

There was the best bread in Nice and incomparably delicious croissonts. OK. There is a lot of traffic there and the staff is stressed because there are apparently too many people shopping there.
