In every bakery I've been to, the seeded breads have seeds inside because they're mixed into the dough. But when I cut into this baguette, I exclaimed, "What a rip-off!" It's actually just a regular baguette with a few seeds sprinkled on top—not really worth it since they fall off when you slice it.

I got a falafel salad because it looked healthy, it came with a dressing on the side and a cut up baguette. The salad was very bland, the falafels had no spice at all, very boring. The hummus inside a small container in the salad was also boring. Why do you make food that lacks flavor and spices......really sad.

A great bakery chain; the one in Balaruc never disappoints. A big thank you to Noël for his advice; we thought of him while eating the Yule logs! Marie Blachère Balaruc is far superior to other locations!

Always a lovely experience, whether enjoying a coffee and pastries here or buying bread and treats. The staff are fantastic, very friendly, and offer great advice! Well done to the team!

Quality has been declining for the past few months. Staff sometimes prefer to finish their long personal discussions rather than serve customers who are waiting in line.

Bakery identical to the other Marie bakeries like my place. One small drawback: the residents of Balaruc-le-Vieux don't like tourists! (Aggression from a customer who dares to say, "Stupid tourist, why are you here?" when there's a bakery in the shopping center). The same people who cry when they don't come to buy.

I really like this store, with a clear preference for the Balaruc store! The saleswomen (and the only salesperson I met :)) are very friendly and cheerful! I recommend it without hesitation.
