A great spot in Venelles. Excellent products and service.

The staff were very pleasant and professional, but the temperature in the store was extremely unpleasant due to the heat inside; it didn't make you want to stay very long. Kudos to the staff who work in such conditions and are always very pleasant to customers, despite everything. Thank you to them.

I really appreciate the Marie Blachère in Venelles for the quality of its service. The staff are always smiling, polite, and efficient, despite what seem to be very difficult conditions. However, during the summer months, the heat inside the store is truly unbearable. Every time I visit in the summer, the atmosphere is stifling, and the lack of air conditioning is immediately noticeable. The rest of the year, there's nothing to complain about, but as soon as the temperatures rise, shopping becomes very uncomfortable. As good as the products are and as friendly as the staff is, this heat is a real deterrent. If nothing is done to improve the situation during the summer, it might simply discourage me from shopping at this bakery anymore. It's a shame, because the staff provides excellent service and deserve to work in better conditions, while customers should be able to shop in a pleasant environment.

Hello, I just visited your Venelles location and it's incredibly hot 🥵. The bread and pastries are served with small fans (for hygiene reasons), which I understand. However, as a customer, while waiting in line for your employees, it's far too hot. I think you should install one or two standing or even hanging fans. Sincerely, Ms. Katy Cordone

Great experience, the staff were fantastic, however the heat in the bakery was unbearable. This gives a bad impression of the well-being of both staff and customers, which is a shame.

Hello, I'm a regular customer of Marie Blachères in Venelles. I wanted to tell you that it's outrageous to see the employees working in these conditions. It's twice as hot inside as outside. They're older. The Reberou bakery across the street has air conditioning, and it's pleasant to go there. Because of this, you're losing a customer, and there are others too. Sincerely,
