07/01/2026: A truly enchanting place! Beautifully decorated, the aroma of coffee is delightful. The shopkeeper is always smiling and accommodating to my preferences! I've chosen this shop to buy my coffee, herbal tea, and gifts... Bravo! Don't change a thing!!!

24/05/2026: We had to order our two beers at the bar—two pints, to be precise—and were served two 33cl bottles of Pélican beer for €19! It's no wonder the terraces are empty at €9.50 for a 33cl bottle, even the specials.

27/01/2026: The first time I discovered this place, I was clinging to my past experiences. Then, after exploring a bit more, I let myself go and discovered a warm atmosphere, impeccable table service, truly fresh products, and a professional, caring, smiling, and pleasant staff. Now, at the very least, I stop by whenever I can for a coffee in this place where "business" retains the essence of its original concept. Joris.

07/05/2026: Marie Blachère Venelles...catastrophic... Only one sales assistant during peak hours...the line of customers never ends... After 12 minutes, a "manager" finally arrives, no smile...not friendly at all! The store is impersonal, the atmosphere oppressive... Avoid at all costs...

20/05/2026: We came for drinks with our colleagues. We paid €77.50 for two rounds, which we settled with the first waiter. When it came to the third round, we ordered two beers and a spritz, which cost us €22.50. The waiter clearly stated that we could only pay in cash (credit cards were not accepted). So my colleague went to withdraw some money, and while he was doing that, I decided to pay. We came back a few days later, and we were accused of not having paid for the last round. (We're so stupid that we don't pay and don't even come back a week later!) Anyway, we couldn't agree on anything, and the manager told us he wasn't worried about the extra €22.50, but he asked us to pay again! 😂 So: 1) Remember to bring cash. 2) Don't forget to remove the double! 😂😂 Run away!
