Good morning. Always very satisfied with all your products whatever they are. For the first time in 2 and a half years for your Riorges (Leclerc) brand, a complaint for your baguettes purchased Tuesday March 13 around 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. more or less. The color was already quite dark, well toasted, a little black even. And when it's time to eat... Oops Quite difficult to bite, somewhat stuffy. On the other hand, the other three were hard as rock the next day. (yet protected). They will serve as croutons for the soup. This is of course not the first time that we have purchased your baguettes, always delicious every time. But the. No. No way. At the same time, a young employee moved the products to group them, without worrying in the least about our presence. Neither a glance, nor my colleague will take care of you. Nothing.... Finally the other young girl (new) took our order. Sincerely

The quality of the bread to change. No longer supports freezing. The taste has changed. What a desappointment !

L'ensemble est toujours de qualité (pain, viennoiseries, etc.) mais dans cette boutique-là, les employés n'ont pas de gants pour les mises en rayon, les préparations de sandwichs, etc. C'est bien dommage...

J'adore leurs pain aux céréales anciennes!.
