A big thank you to the employee who served this morning. Working alone, she remained calm, smiling and efficient.

We stopped here, as we do every year on our way back from vacation in Spain. This year, it was the Arles store. Naturally, we went blind; the quality is exceptional, even for a chain bakery. But in Arles, we found a very kind lady who greeted us with a smile and served us impeccably, with that rare touch of courtesy. We spent over 80 euros on bread, croissants, and flan, and set off on the long drive home satisfied.

Hello Today, Saturday the 21st, at 12:23 PM It was very crowded, with only one sales assistant. I waited 35 minutes, which is unacceptable.

The staff were friendly and understanding; I thank Emma for her service, she was able to handle the problem I encountered, thank you to her.

I just checked the opening hours of this bakery, where I've been going for several months now (because of the quality of their bread), and I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews. I'm 75 years old and I don't understand them, especially since every time I visit I'm struck by the extreme friendliness and kindness of the young people who serve me, even during peak hours (and goodness knows how difficult those times often are for them, given some of the unpleasant behavior and remarks!). I love this bakery. I often make a slight detour to enjoy their very fresh bread, pastries, and their wonderful aromas in the morning. The service is perfect.
