This morning, an employee at your bakery was unpleasant and insulting. I ordered a "mountain" ham sandwich, and she brought me a "cooked ham" sandwich. I said I didn't like that; I preferred the ham one. I also asked for a Lipton peach drink, and your employee offered me a Lipton raspberry. I politely replied that I didn't like raspberry, and she had the nerve to say, "You don't like much of anything!" What right did she have to speak to me like that? I hope she gets reprimanded by the manager. I am disappointed with the service from your employees.

Very friendly staff, it's a shame the shop wasn't well-stocked on a Friday at 2 pm; there was no choice of anything except bread, and the counter was practically empty.
