Hello I have no complaints about the service, the staff, or the quality. I am always well received. HOWEVER, in this intense heat, I am quite surprised that the premises are not equipped with air conditioning! This is important for both the customers and your employees! Their well-being and health at work should be a priority, not an option. Thank you

Friendly staff but understaffed, they need to renovate, the background music speakers crackle, and there's no air conditioning.

A great team at Marie Blachère, served by Audrey who is always smiling and welcoming. They do have some lovely products. However, the major drawback, especially in summer, is that it gets horribly hot in the bakery (eating there is unbearable!). Ideally, for both customers and staff, they would install air conditioning…

It's always a pleasure to be greeted by Audrey in the morning. A very pleasant and friendly waitress. Open to conversation and attentive to the customer. However, the heat is simply UNBEARABLE even before 9 a.m. Don't you have an air conditioning system? Even for customers, it's truly stifling and unpleasant. Think of YOUR employees who KEEP YOUR shops running, as well as your bakers in front of the ovens... Unacceptable!

Hello everyone, I've noticed that lately, the wholemeal bread sold as 500g only weighs 450g. It would be more honest to change the labels or their price, but they should stop treating us like idiots. And the customer service is very poor.... Otherwise, I was satisfied. Hopefully they'll read the reviews. Have a good day everyone.

I read a lot of reviews... but naturally, satisfied customers don't bother writing them! Personally, I recommend this place. The bread is delicious and freezes/defrosts beautifully. They have the best quiches around. The shop is often packed (proof that it's good...) and there's not much room to move around because people don't respect the designated entry/exit system! The staff are friendly and have a kind word whenever they can... And the huge parking lot is a real plus! In short, a great place.

Always served with a smile by Audrey! Regarding the hygiene of the dining room, based on the comments, I must say that this black floor is impossible to clean properly, not to mention that those of you who complain don't hesitate for a second to walk on the wet floor... Great respect for work!

Always a very warm welcome, the saleswomen are very friendly. The bugnes are delicious. I come to this shop often.
